Below you can find the contracts, the rules of carriage and other documents which are required for sending and receiving the cargo. Also this page provides the information about tariffs and terms of delivery. List of abbreviations used: CD - cargo declaration.
In order to dispatch the cargo you shall provide us with the information about Sender/Dispatcher, Recipient, their contact telephones and the content of cargo.
Payment at dispatch:
In case of non-cash payment we require advance payment of an invoice.
You shall inform the recipient with a CD number of the cargo individually.
You shall receive a formalized declaration (signed by Dispatcher/Sender) along with its number and abstract from “Transportation/Shipment Rules ”
Payment at dispatch:
In case of non-cash payment we shall provide you with an invoice along with Shipment Agreement, in case the transaction is made for the first time.
After the performance of our shipment services we provide you with a tax invoice and register-act of Acceptance. Tax invoice along with register-act of Acceptance are issued once per month and dated by the last day of particular month.
Individuals are required to have passports with them, while receiving the Cargo.
Organizations are required to show reliance letter and passport, while receiving the Cargo.
Payment at the acceptance:
In case of non-cash payment we require advance payment of an invoice.
We provide you with one sample of CD for acceptance and another sample, signed by recipient remains with us.

In case of non-cash payment we shall provide you with an invoice along with Shipment Agreement, in case the transaction is made for the first time.
You shall provide us with a letter of request concerning changes in CD. Afterwards, you shall find out a new CD number by contacting us by one of the following numbers: 0(44) 245-47-32 or 0(44) 520-56-55.
You shall inform the recipient about a new CD number individually.
We inform you about the new CD number.
